SPRAYED CORN BRAN
CORN GLUTEN FEED
Shotcrete corn husk is sprayed onto the corn husk with corn soaking liquid, which greatly increases the protein, energy and amino acid content. It is called shotcrete corn husk, also known as corn bran or corn gluten feed.
It is a yellow to yellow-brown powdery substance with no mold, agglomeration, insect infestation, and no smell of decay.
Nutrients include crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus, salt, amino acids, etc.
Used in various feed additives.
CORN GERM MEAL
Corn germ meal is a by-product of corn germ as raw material and oil extraction after pressing or leaching.
Corn germ meal contains crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, amino acids and other nutrients. The finished product is in the shape of loose flakes and fine granules, light yellow to yellowish brown, no fermentation, mildew, odor, and no agglomeration.
It can be used in food, grain and oil, medicine, and feed additives.

CORN GLUTEN MEAL
CORN GLUTEN MEAL
Corn gluten meal is a product made from corn after degermination, crushing, residue removal, starch extraction, and dehydration.
It has high protein content and rich amino acids, and can be used to replace protein feeds such as soybean cakes and fish meal.
Protein is rich in nutrients and does not contain toxic or harmful substances. It does not need to be reprocessed and can be directly used as protein raw materials. It is a feed raw material with high feeding value.
It is a light yellow to yellowish brown powdery or granular substance with no mold, agglomeration, insect infestation, no rotten smell, and no impurities.
L-VALINE
It is made from corn, starch, sugar, etc. as the main raw materials, fermented by microorganisms, and processed through extraction, crystallization, drying and other processes.
It appears as white crystal or crystalline powder, odorless and bitter in taste.
As a nutritional supplement, it can be used together with other essential amino acids to prepare amino acid infusions and comprehensive amino acid preparations.
Valine (1g/kg) is added to rice cakes, and the product has a sesame aroma. It can also improve the flavor when used in bread.

L-ISOLEUCINE
L-ISOLEUCINE
It is produced by using starch, sugar, etc. as the main raw materials through microbial fermentation, or using protein as the raw material through hydrolysis and other processes.
White to slightly yellow crystals or crystalline powder, odorless; soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol.
Used as raw material for feed additives and food-grade L-isoleucine.
L-LYSINE
L-lysine is made from starch and sugar as raw materials through fermentation and extraction. It is colorless needle-shaped crystals or crystalline powder.
Optically active.
Odorless or with a slight special odor.
Easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol and ether.
Mainly used as feed additives, food fortifiers and pharmaceuticals.
